Dr. Yogesh Deshpande

Dr. Yogesh Deshpande is a doctorate in Psychology and provides Psychological counselling and trains students on Soft Skills. He is currently the First Year Incharge for the academic Year 2007-08. Dr Deshpande has many National and International Publications in his name. He is on the board of Agha Khan Foundation, Hyderabad and has delivered many lectures on Psychology. He has also been a long standing Anchor for RTM Nagpur University and has conducted many a programmes for RTM Nagpur University.
Dr. Deshpande has cleared his NET/SET and specializes in Industrial Psychology and Clinical Psychology. He has a first class career throughout. He also takes up counselling sessions of Maharashtra Police also.
Dr. Deshpande currently heads a team of four lecturers and one Non-Teaching Staff in Department of Humanities. Under his guidance Department of Humanities conducts the following programmes regularly year-on-year basis

Self Governance Contest (on every 5th September) to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan and celebrated as Teachers' Day

"LTJSS - Priyadarshini" Vaad Samvaad Debate Competition initiated from Year 2008 and a regular event to be held in January every year.
Dr Deshpande is also the Incharge of Jagriti - A Social Forum of Students and Maple Leaves - A Media-Literary Club.

Mrs. Ujwala Dange
Lecturer
Mrs. Ujwala Dange has done her B.Com from G.S. Commerce College Nagpur and further completed her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Dr. Ambedkar College, Deekshabhoomi, Nagpur. She has a first class career throughout. She has 2 National Journal Publications and one International Conference Publication in her name.
Mrs. Dange specializes in Finance Management and Administration and takes up electives like Financial Management, Industrial Management and Economics for the engineering students. She has been a convenor of many programmes in the college and has also headed several committees, being among the senior faculty members in the college. She is a member of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell in the College.
Mrs. Dange is currently pursuing her doctoral research on "The Study of Job Satisfaction of Engineering Teachers in Vidarbha Region" which falls under the Human Resource Management.
Mr. Chandan Vichoray
Lecturer
Mr Chandan Vichoray has done his B.E. in Production Engineering from YCCE and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Lokmanya Tilka Institute of Management Studies and Research, Nagpur. He has one National Journal publication and 2 International Conference publications in his name.
Mr. Vichoray specializes in Operations Management and Operations Research alongwith Marketing Management. He takes up electives like Operations Research, Operations Management and Software Engineering for the students of B.E., MCA and M.Tech.
Mr. Vichoray has also been a visiting faculty on subjects like Operations Research, Operations Management, Technology Management to institutions like ICFAI National College and Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Management Studies and Research. He has also taken up several workshops in various Vidarbha Colleges including Nagpur on Soft Skills Development. He has also trained the Engineering Trainees of Voltas in Quality Assurance and Safety Management.
Mr. Vichoray is the Training and Placement Officer of the College and has been responsible in arranging many training programmes in the college. He is currently doing his doctoral research on "Probability, Proficiency and Problems faced in the Implementation of Online Examination System in the Indian Context" under Systems Management.
Lecturer
Ms. Rewati Lokhande is the faculty member of English at PCE, Nagpur. She has completed her M.A. English Literature with First Class from RTM Nagpur University. Ms. Lokhande also has a French Language Diploma to her name.
Currently she is pursuing her M.Phil at Post Graduate Teaching Department of RTM Nagpur University and the topic of her dissertation is "Tracing the Hybrid Figure in Tagore's Gora and Hari Kunzru's The Impressionist".
