    Departmental Activities

Department conducts two annual events:

   (i) "Mathematica"- an intercollegiate Aptitude test on Mathematics.

The motive behind this activity is to develop aptitude for Mathematics amongst the students, to make the process of solving Mathematical problems interesting, to develop a spirit of healthy competition & to give preparatory ground for University Examination.

(ii) "Sankhya"- a paper presentation competition on different themes of Mathematics.

The motive behind this activity is to provide a platform for the students staging their academic skills, to boost their confidence for paper presentation using latest presentation techniques & to teach them how to apply the theoretical concepts of Mathematics to practical problems.
